Can I pay by school invoice instead of card?

Yes. Choose "Invoice my school" above for any plan and we'll send an invoice your finance office can pay by BACS or cheque — no card details needed at the point of sign-up.

What's the difference between single user and whole school?

Single user gives one login for one teacher or subject leader. Whole school gives every member of staff their own access under one subscription. Use the "whole-school & multi-user options" link on any plan to compare.

Do the prices include VAT?

No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at checkout or on your invoice.

We're a Multi Academy Trust with several schools — is there a discount?

Yes. Contact us quoting the number of schools requiring membership and we'll put together a MAT discount.

Can I change plans later if my school grows or my role changes?

Yes — contact us at renewal time and we can move you up or down a tier, or add whole-school access to an existing single-user subscription.
