How do I create a carefully chosen, well-sequenced long-term HISTORY plan ?
There are a number of important decisions that need to be taken before you can begin your planning, not least the role chronological sequencing of units will play. If it makes sense to teach the British history units in chronological order does a similar logic not apply to world topics? How will local history fit within this? Where will you place your thematic study? These are hard questions, ones which I attempt to answer below and on the accompanying grids and charts.
