KS2 Stone Age discovery

Archaeologists have found what they consider to be a prehistoric school where men first learned how to survive by making flint weapons 400,000 years ago. At a dig in Israel they discovered a cave which contained many faulty or half-made tools in specific parts of a cave, near a large fireplace. This suggested that there were experienced flint-masons who shared their expertise with the young. We know there were young pupils there because of the presence  of large numbers of children’s milk teeth. An unknown secret in a place untouched for 200,000 years!
